Neko looked down, a bit embarrassed. "Actually... I'm getting sleepy. If you don't mind, I think I should get to sleep." She smiled. She had a bit of a sad look in her eyes because she wished she could go back. "But don't let me ruin your fun. If you want to go back, go back. Just don't get into any trouble and don't drink anymore strange drinks."

Griffin laughed and kissed her. "Ok Neko, I promise. And I'll come back up to sleep with you. G'night. I love you," he said and kissed her deeply. He smiled and headed back out to the common room for a little while.

Draco allowed Blake to go before him before he let the dorm door shut. He changed into his night wear and sat on his bed yawning, "How are you really, Blake? I found you asleep on your trunk this morning, you tell me you haven't been eating, and you've been working by yourself for a while now. Are you sure you're okay?" He pat the empty spot next to him for the second year to come sit.

Blake put his notes and book away in the bag he was taking to the room he now called his tomorrow and changed into his own pajamas. "I'm okay, just getting tired of balancing school and work. It'll even out though, when I finish enough shipments- the company can take it over again and deal with the orders, since it's the surplus of demand that's murder so they need an extra pair of hands or two. Dad only trusts me enough to allow me to do something like that, since he taught me." Blake came and sat next to Draco, laying down on his back and mewling a yawn, "Today was nice though, Freya was right when she said I needed a break."

Draco followed Blake's example and laid down as well with a sigh, "If you say so Blake, but you should take more breaks. Is there anyway I could help you? I'm more than decent in potions."

"I could write a letter to my dad and ask, though he might have you take a test in order to see just to what level he could trust you. The help would be nice, but his testing standards are difficult. I can handle it though. I estimate they'll level out sometime after the spring ball or sometime before, either way- if I can get ahead- I can take the day of the ball to relax." Blake smiled brightly to Draco, now laying on his side, "Are you okay?"

Draco turned to face Blake and he nodded, "I'm more than okay, I'm great, really. I have a lovely lady to court, my grades are all O's, my father is pleased with me, mother is happy, Pansy's family is more than happy and are leaving her alone, everything is going right for once. Thank you, for asking."

Blake rubbed his eyes and moved his hair from his face, "M'glad. And why wouldn't I ask? You're my friend and I wouldn't be a very good friend if I didn't."

Draco chuckled and ruffled Blake's hair, fixing it for him after the fact so he wouldn't be glared at. "Have you gotten your dress robes for the ball?"

Blake squeaked and held still when Draco fixed his hair, "I won't be wearing dress robes, per se. Whenever there is a ball, dance, party, I tend to dress differently from what you all may consider normal. Mother always encouraged originality, and I take to putting together my own outfit or making it from scratch- but I have plenty of already made ones to choose from. I just need to owl mum and ask her to send them."

Blake gave a tinkling laugh and shook his head, "Mm-mmm. You'll see the day of the ball, mmkay?" He sleepily rubbed his eyes again and curled up a little, feeling comfortable.

Draco laughed tiredly and nodded, "Fine, fine, the day of the ball. But I want to be one of the first people to see, okay?" He was truly fond of the young boy, like a brother almost.
