[Draco Malfoy]

Draco kissed her head and laughed, "Then take your time. I actually think you two would get along quite well, but I won't press or force any bonding between you two." A mew broke Draco's thoughts, "Oh, Athena, we seemed to have neglected you!" The kitten pawed at Pansy, as if reprimanding her for doing such a thing. It mewed again.

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Don't hold your breath, Draco." Pansy turned her head towards the bed at the small sound, reaching out to Athena. "I'm sorry, Athena, we didn't mean to forget you." She grabbed her with one hand and pulled her them. "Did I tell you she's half kneazle?" she asked, her head still resting against his chest. The kitten attempted to climb Draco's arm.

Draco chuckled, use to Pansy's barbs. He watched as she interacted with the kitten, obviously quite loving towards the little creature, "No you did not." Draco assisted the little kitten in its climb, letting it settle on his shoulder. He kept a hand near in case it slipped, "She's quite active for a kitten. I thought they slept a lot."

[Pansy Parkinson]

"Well...she's been up in my dorms since I got her. I wanted you to be the first to see her," she said. "She's probably happy to be out."

[Draco Malfoy]

The smile that spread of Draco's lips was one words could not describe. He cradled the kitten with his hand as it settled on his shoulder further, "I hope I get to see more of her."

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy looked up at him curiously. "Why wouldn't you? Best friend and all." She smiled.

[Draco Malfoy]

"Ah that's right, how quickly I forget," he teased her, smiling softly now. Draco fought a yawn, getting tired.

Pansy yawned. "You'll more than likely end up spoiling her so much she decides she likes you more." Pansy closed her eyes. It was just the sort of thing Draco would do she thought.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco chuckled and took the kitten down with a hand, setting it back on the bed, "Ah, I think she will always love you more Pansy. You are her mum in a way, after all. Are you tired?"

[Pansy Parkinson]

"She better or you're in trouble." Pansy nodded at his question. "Another repercussion of our arguments. I can never sleep properly."

[Draco Malfoy]

"In trouble with you is the last place I want to be, Pans." Draco frowned at this revelation, "Why don't you sleep, then? Here, if you'd like. Merlin knows Neko sleeps here all the time, you're no different."

[Pansy Parkinson]

Pansy smirked. "See you can be trained." She yawned again. "No, because then you would be sleeping on the sofa in the common room attempting to be the gentleman and I would be here feeling guilty."

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco mock scowled and nudged Pansy, "Trained? I think not. I have no master." He yawned this time, not fighting it, "I'd be fine. You know the couch and I aren't enemies in sleep."

Pansy rolled her eyes. "Go to sleep, Draco. I'll see you in the morning." She threw her arms around him and hugged him tightly. "I love you. Thank you...for this, for everything," she whispered and kissed his cheek.

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco kissed her cheek as well, "And you my dear sister, are loved just as much. Do not thank me for something that I'd do for you anytime, Pans." He hugged her close and sighed, "You get to sleep too. Last day of classes tomorrow before the weekend and I'm sure you wouldn't want to be falling asleep during Potions."
