Neko wiggled around, trying to fish her handkercheif out of her pocket. She found it and used it to wipe off her face. She pulled the covers off of her head and sat up, her face red from crying. She looked down, not wanting to make eye contact with anyone in the state she was in. "I'm just... so worried..."

Griffin walked into the boy's dormitory to see Blake standing by his bed and Neko curled up in it. "What's going on?" he asked.

Blake had put a comforting hand on Neko's arm and turned when he heard Griffin, "Mister Griffin, good afternoon. I was just asking Miss Neko what was the matter.."

Griffin moved over to his bed and sat next to Neko. "Neko, what's wrong?"

Blake gave Neko another comforting pat and backed off, sure Griffin wouldn't want him intruding. He returned to his bed and climbed into the covers, fumbling around for his wand and closing the curtains. He'd give them their privacy. With his body aching, he tried to get comfortable to sleep again.

Neko put her head on Griffin's shoulder, still looking down. "I... I know I keep saying there's nothing to worry about, but right now... I'm not so sure about that. For some reason I can't help but be worried about everything."

Griffin gave a weak smile to Blake as he walked away and turned his attention to Neko. "Worry about what exactly?"

"I... don't know how to explain it. You just don't seem very happy lately." She said, wiping a small tear from her cheek.

Griffin hugged Neko and looked her in the eyes. "If I seem weird or sad or anything, you're right, it's because of Sirius Black. Please don't think for a second it's because of you. Neko, I'm happiest when I'm with you," he said, and leaned in to kiss her forehead.

Neko smiled and hugged Griffin tight. "Thank you..." She couldn't explain it, but she suddenly felt an overwhelming happiness.
