Jake walked through the corridor having just finished an assignment and not having anything else to do. He wondered what Nyssa was up to and went to send her an owl.

Draco sauntered through the entrance hall during the first hours of classes with his free period. There was nothing entertaining to do anymore. He was run into by a Hufflepuff girl who was frantically on her way to class, late he assumed. A sneer spread on his face as he patted himself clean. Hufflepuffs..

Cedric paced the entrance hall and debated on going out to walk, risking being seen from a window, or wandering the floors aimlessly whilst risking being caught by someone on duty. The corridors were fairly dark by now... torches extinguished and all that you know. He could knock over a suit of armor by accident and make a ruckus that would surely alert Filch of his presence.

Professor Snape strode into Hogwarts at a brisk pace, back from his excursion. He glanced around the hall, glad to find it deserted, and continued on his way back to the dungeons.
