Ron dashed into the hospital wing and came to a halt when Madame Pomfrey stopped him. He caught his breath and pointed out to Amber. He went over to her before Madame Pomfrey could say anything. Madame Pomfrey shook her head and she left to examine some other patients. "Amber." He said,while sitting down on the chair.

Amber sat up and raised a eyebrow "Ron, what are you doing here?" she asked "And more importantly, how did you know I was here? Do you have people spying on me or something?" she said the last line jokingly but it didn't come out that way.

Ron's face fell. "Y-you owl me." He said quietly. "Are you alright? Why are you in the hospital wing?" He asked,worried.

Amber shook her head confused "No I didn't. I told my owl to send it to..." her voice trailed off as she realized the mistake. She shook her head "I told my owl that she knew who to take it to when she must have thought I meant you when I meant..." her voiced trailed off again "Never mind. I supposedly passed out in the common room last night and the nurse said I had a virus and a high fever which is why I guess I'm here" she said with a shrug as she sat back

"Oh. I see. Well,well. Then." Ron stuttered a little. He then said,"I hope you feel better soon. And have lots of rest. Please do not intend to go back before you are really well."

Amber nodded "Thanks" she looked at the time "Well, I don't want to keep you since you should be in class" she laughed nodding towards the clock that hung on the wall

Ron laughed. "Class starts at nine and I plan on skipping Charms,anyways." He said. "But,if you want me to go,it's fine. I'll go. Just get well,alright?"

Amber shrugged "It's your choice. Madam Pomfrey won't let anyone else in to see me so I'm bored. She probably won't let me out till the weekend" she paused "Of next week" she mumbled with a laugh

"Well,if it's my choice,I wish to stay with you. Only if you want." Ron mumbled. "She'll probably kick me out,soon. She kept giving me this death stare." He laughs.

Amber glanced at Madam Pomfrey "I think she gives everyone that stare" she mumbled with a smile as she watched her struggling with a student

Ron chuckled. "You bet." He said. "Uhh. Well,I'll be going now." He said,standing up. "But,get well soon,alright? Don't let Madame Pomfrey held you captive for so long here. I know you hate the bed. Bye,Amber." He waved goodbye to her and past by an angry Madame Pomfrey who was glaring at him. He waved a nervous goodbye to Madame Pomfrey and make a run for it.

Nyssa walked into the Hospital Wing and headed over to Gavin's bed on autopilot. She sat down next to the unconscious boy and looked around. She noticed Amber in a bed a little ways over but Ron was already visiting her and she didn't want to disturb.
