Jake sat at the table grabbing some lunch. He sighed and opened Nyssa's letter reading through it. As he was in public he made no reaction as he read it but nodded. "Silly girl," he muttered to himself. He ran his hands through his hair and sighed. Jake folded up the letter putting it away and went back to his food, not very hungry.

Jake finished his small lunch, continuing to sit there and think. He wished Nyssa would have talked to him but he understood why she didn't but now he didn't know what to say. He decided to talk a walk around the castle to help clear his mind.

Ron walked in the Great Hall grinning to himself like an idiot. Classes were over and it was finally friday! The weekends are here and it was time to rest. He sat down on the Gryffindor Table and looked around before he grab a plate of steak and kidney pie. He start savoring them rather hungrily which wasn't new to him. As he ate,a million thoughts were running through his mind.

Jake walked over to the Gryffindor table with Nyssa. "I'm sorry, I should have asked would you like to eat here or your table?"

Ron was back on land of living after daydreaming. He turned and saw Nyssa with Jake. "Hey,guys." He grinned sheepishly at them.

"This is fine," Nyssa said sneaking a peek at the Ravenclaw table to see who was over there. She sat down at the table. "I'm sorry again."

"How has the day been?" Ron asked them as he munched on the kidney pie. He looked over to them whispering to each other and eyed them suspiciously but never said anything about it. It was none of his concerns so he just shrug it off.

"The library?" Ron snorted. "A place I would never set foot in. Unless,well,If I'm up to something." He winked to the both of them. "Pretty boring place the library. A place only Hermione would want to spend the rest of her life in." With that,he guffawed.

"I was in the library with her," Jake answered Ron. "Does that make me I'm boring?" He teased Nyssa, reaching out for a chicken leg.

"Just today,what Nyssa?" Ron looked at her,confused. Ron sighed and cast his empty plate aside and was ready to take a bowl of pudding to eat.

Jake frowned and continued to eat his dinner, thinking he'd messed up. He reached out and got some chips and poured himself pumpkin juice.

"The project I'm working on," Nyssa said with a shrug. "It isn't really my favorite." She still wasn't hungry so she just poured herself a glass of pumpkin juice. She nudged Jake's arm a bit worried about him.
