Jake frowned, looking at Nyssa. "I'm not good with girl emotions. I hope I didn't say anything to upset her. Did you really mean you don't want anything for your birthday?"

"I don't need anything, I don't really want anything," Nyssa said. "So yeah I meant it. I know most people are going to ignore me. They always do. I'm not all that good with girl emotions either but you didn't say anything to upset her I'm sure." Nyssa rethought that as soon as she finished saying it but didn't correct herself.

"Thanks," Nyssa said with a nod. "I should probably head back to the common room. Stupid curfew. Anyway I'll see you later." She hugged him before getting up. She kissed him on the forehead before leaving.

Ron walked into the Great Hall and looked around and went over to the Gryffindor Table. He sat down and placed his bag aside. He then grabbed a plate of sausages and bacons and without a glance at anyone or his surroundings,he savored his food hungrily.

Ron gobbled up his last few bacons and burped only to be greeted by a sixth year who glared at him. "Oh! Sorry!" He grinned. He got his bag and left the Great Hall abruptly.

Lily slowly walks in the great hall and sat down on her house table. She took a toast and bite on it sleepily and sighing while doing so.

Lily only ate half of the toast and sigh. She had no appetite. She decide to just leave the great hall to take a walk.
