Ron laughed. "Yeah,I know. The wrath of Madame Pomfrey." He turned to Jake. "Hey,Jake. Lily's looking for you."

Hermione looked up at Ron. "I know I shouldn't take a break from studying, I mean finals are coming up and I haven't been studying nearly hard enough, but I need food." She paused. "Right?"

"W-Why?" Jake asked nervously. "She wasn't too happy with me last I saw her. I'm Jake," he said to Hermione. "I don't think we've ever spoken."

Ron shrugged. "Yeah,I guess so. You need a break." He turns to Jake,"Don't worry. She felt bad. She just wanna apologize." He add with a laugh.

Hermione nodded, having gotten the answer she was hoping for. Grabbing some butter she spread it across her supper roll and turned to Jake, "Hi, I believe you are correct. I don't think we've ever spoken. I'm Hermione Granger."

"I've seen you around of course. Pleasure to meet you Hermione." Jake smiled brightly. "Oh, that's nice if her. I'll look for her after I'm finished," Jake said to Ron.

"Yeah. She should be in the common room,I suppose?" Ron said to Jake. He then turns to a quiet Nyssa,"Hey Nyssa,do you want to go for a walk? That if you're not tired? Or are you going to the hospital wing?"

Jake finished his plate and grabbed dessert for later. "I think I'll head back, enjoy your walk. Would you like me to wait for you Hermione?"

Jake waved good bye and wrapped his dessert up in a napkin to preserve it. He excused himself from the table and walked back to Gryffindor Tower.
