Glancing down at her watch Hermione cursed lightly, "I forgot something in my room and I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to get it and get back here before class starts." She stood and smoothed down her skirt. "I'm not leaving because of the pig thing, I swear. I just don't want to be late." Looking mournfully at her barely eaten breakfast Hermione slug her book sack over her shoulder and waved, "Ta". With that she left.

Nyssa had woken up in the Hospital Wing, said goodbye to the unconscious Gavin then gone back to the dormitory to change. Now she came into the almost empty Great Hall to have breakfast.

Nyssa waved to Jake over at the Gryffindor table and continued her breakfast. She was trying to figure out what to do this weekend.

Nyssa finished her breakfast and headed up to the common room. She figured she could at least do some homework.

Nyssa walked over to the Ravenclaw table. She sat down and began to serve herself some breakfast though not really interested in eating. She wondered where everyone was as she looked at the mostly empty Ravenclaw table.

Nyssa sat down at the Ravenclaw table. No sooner had she done so than the post arrived brining her a letter from Blake and another from back home. She read Blake's first and replied before reading the letter from home. Her face fell as she read the letter. She didn't respond because she didn't know what to say. She served herself some breakfast and started to think.

Nyssa sat down and poured herself some juice and buttered an english muffin. She was still distracted so she ended up buttering part of her hand when she missed the muffin.
