"I've been doing good," Arya avoided eye contact with Kiba as well. She focused on candy the opposite direction of Kiba's eye sight, "Cedric helped a lot, so that's good," Arya nodded slowly, very well knowing that mentioning Cedric might make Kiba jealous, which hopefully it did. "He helped me realize things."

Kiba's head snapped to look at Arya. "She's already with another boy? Who is this guy? Cedric? Where have I heard that name before?" The questions flew through his mind in an instant. "I..." Kiba searched for something to say. "I'm glad you've been doing well," Kiba lied. He had been thinking about Arya for every waking moment since the incident at the Astronomy tower. "Who is Cedric?" Kiba finally asked Arya. He waited in suspense, hoping she would say a friend or her brother or some kind of non-potential-love-interest.

"You don't know who Cedric is?" Arya tilted her head, confused at Kiba's question. How could he not know who he is? "Cedric is the Hufflepuff prefect and he is is the quidditch captain too, he is also one of the tetrawizard tournament contestant," Arya said and poked Kiba's nose with her finger. Arya then put her hands to her side. "But seriously Kiba- what did you want to talk about?"

Kiba's nose tickled when Arya touched it. He wrinkled his nose and scratched the spot where her finger had landed. A flood of new thoughts exploded in Kiba's mind. "Cedric. Yes, I remember now. He's perfect. I can't compete with that if she likes him. I have no chance. It's over. Why did I come here?" Kiba turned away again so that Arya couldn't see his face. "I... I shouldn't have come. You were right. I'll see you around Miss Arya," Kiba said quietly. He turned and left as a few tears appeared on the edge of his eyes. No other girl in his life had affected Kiba in such a way as this. Arya's lie and her blood status were afterthoughts to Kiba as he left.

"No no no! Kiba! Kiba please, don't go!" Arya begged Kiba, hoping to not cry as she walked out of him. She dropped her bag of candy and her gift card as she tried to dodge through the crowds to catch up with Kiba. She wanted to talk to Kiba and make up. "Kiba!" she called out and exited the store but stood outside alone and Kiba out of sight. Arya left Hogsmeade to go back to Hogwarts.

Pansy walked in and bit her lip as she looked about the shop. "I would like some Acid Pops and...." She went up on her tip toes to look at a funny purple box in the shape of a triangle.

Draco gathered a decent handful of Acid Pops in a bag and followed Pansy about as he catered to her wishes. He hadn't been around enough as much as he would of liked so he decided to try and make up for it with this. "Alright, Acid Pops. What else?"

Draco gathered each of these items in separate bags and just smiled to himself. Pansy really loved sweets and would take advantage of his offer, like he expected. "Anything else?"

Draco went to pay for the sweets and returned Pansy's happy smile, "Nothing at all Pans, I'm not in the mood for sweets." He carried the separate bags in one larger one and asked, "Anywhere else you'd like to go?"
